A 3-IN-ONE Rebate by Mail is available with the purchase of any 3-IN-ONE multi-purpose oil product (3oz, 4oz, or 8oz sizes). 3-IN-ONE product must be purchased from an authorized retailer between 2/28/11 and 9/30/11.

To claim and receive your rebate by mail:

1. Purchase ONE (1) 3-IN-ONE multi-purpose oil (3oz, 4oz, or 8oz sizes) product from any retailer.
2. Complete and print this original rebate form - no reproductions accepted.
3. Include your original sales receipts. Sales receipts must clearly show store names, store addresses, products (and their prices) purchased and purchase dates. (Make a photocopy of receipts to keep for your records.)
4. Mail all items together with appropriate postage postmarked by 9/30/11 (or 10/29/11 for NC residents) to:

Terms and Conditions:

Limit one (1) rebate per household (where legal). Maximum rebate $4.99. The original store identified cash register receipt, dated between 2/28/11 and 9/30/11, with product purchased and its price stated and circled must be submitted with completed rebate form. Rebate form is available only from www.3InOne.com. No copies, reproductions, facsimiles, or incomplete rebate forms will be accepted. Rebate form has no cash value. Offer expires 9/30/11. Redemption requests must be postmarked by 10/8/11 (or 10/30/11 for NC residents) and received by 10/15/11(or 11/15/11 for NC residents). [Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 180 days or if lost, stolen or damaged cannot be re-issued].
